Our Heritage & Story
We are a fifth-generation (Jason) and sixth-generation (Landon, Hannah, and Ava) family farm located in Blairstown, Iowa, alongside deep family roots from Stacy's side dedicated to raising cattle. Cattle is all we know—from watching a calf take its first breath, to turning pairs out onto the pastures of southern Benton County, to moving them to our feed yard. We live and breathe cattle every single day, and as proud BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) certified producers, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of animal care.
Pasture raised and grain finished
Our cattle spend the first chapter of their lives grazing alongside their mamas on the rolling hills of southern Benton County. They then transition to our family feedlot, where they are thoughtfully finished on a balanced diet of high-quality corn and silage raised right here in our own fields. This deliberate, balanced approach creates rich, delicate marbling that guarantees incredible tenderness paired with the hearty, robust flavor true beef enthusiasts love.
